Sample report

A whole report, before you pay a cent

Here is what comes out of a data collection, section by section, with the same counts, the same 1-to-9 scale and the same texts that appear on the professional's screen. It stands in place of a trial period: you read the product and decide with the document in your hand. Ten minutes of reading are enough to know whether this belongs in your practice.

What is real on this page: the group and item names, the catalog counts, the scale, the threshold printed in every comparison, the warning texts and the structure of the 14 sections. All of it was copied from the product.

What is fictional: “Sample Person” is not a real person — the record, the scores, the dates and the values were created to illustrate the format. Real reports live inside the professional's own account, isolated by rule in the database itself.

Opening of the document

The header identifies the collection and declares the margin of the measure

You read here whose record it is, when the collection was made, how it arrived — and, alongside, the margin of the measure itself. In the appointment it is the first thing to look at: it separates real change from recording variation, right there during the analysis.

The margin comes printed in the document

Every report states the minimum detectable change for that collection — you know what is real change and what is recording variation before you say a word in the appointment. It is the number that holds up any conversation about progress.

Missing data appears as missing data

An item without enough data comes out marked as not assessed, under a label of its own. You read an honest screen and tell balance apart from missing information — which spares you a wrong reading of the case.

The collection arrives from wherever the person being assessed is

The header records the source: in person or through a remote collection link, valid for 7 days and allowing up to 3 submissions. You care for people who live far away without giving up the record in the chart.

Section 2 of 14

Peak Summary — the therapist's reading

You read here the map of where the scores left the physiological range, ordered by system. In the appointment, it is the block that decides where the conversation starts. The number in the heading counts distinct measures: several catalog items share the same measure and receive the same score, and counting labels instead of measures would multiply the alarm without adding information.

The report itself guides the reading. It is written in this section: “A high proportion of extreme scores usually says more about the recording than about the person.” Faced with 29 items in hyperfunction, the indicated course is to repeat the collection under good conditions and compare — and the comparison comes ready in the Change section.

Section 3 of 14

Integrative Analysis Scale

This section is the ruler. It appears in the middle of the report, before the scored sections, so that an 8 means the same thing across all fourteen. It is the page you open first: the practitioner finds the same reading logic in every section and recognizes the format in every collection that follows.

hypofunctionbalancehyperfunction

  • 1–2 · hypofunction — the system is running slow
  • 3 · trends toward deficit
  • 4–6 · physiological range, with 5 at balance
  • 7 · trends toward excess
  • 8–9 · hyperfunction / inflammatory picture

The score says where each measure sits in relation to balance. It describes how the systems appeared to be working at the moment the voice was recorded — whether slow, balanced or accelerated. It is a reading of use, not of quantity: it says whether the body appears to be making good use of what it has.

The report's own text, section “How to read this scale”

The same ruler applies across all fourteen sections, and it is the one printed in the document you file in the chart and pick up again at the next collection.

One ruler, for the whole document

5 is balance in all fourteen sections, from Nutrition to Chakras. You learn the ruler once and arrive at the next collection already knowing where to look — comparing two collections stops meaning starting the reading over from scratch.

Where the associations come from, declared in the document

The association between each measure and an organ, a meridian, a chakra, a nutrient or a load and exposure indicator comes from the reference catalog, and the references come from the literature of the integrative field itself. The report declares this, and so does the site, in How it works — you have the answer ready before the question.

Section 4 of 14

Functional Assessment Result

You read here the integrative reading written by artificial intelligence, in 11 fixed sections, in the register of one professional writing to another health professional. It ends in Central Synthesis and Hypothesis and in 6 to 8 numbered recommendations, each justified by the finding that prompted it — the time you used to spend writing goes back into the appointment. Below, an excerpt; the full text runs several pages.

Every recommendation comes justified

The 6 to 8 numbered recommendations carry, alongside them, the findings that prompted them — you weigh the script against the history of the person under care instead of accepting a loose text, and you stand behind a course of action that explains itself.

It comes out in three languages

Portuguese, Spanish or English, according to the interface language, with the same text from one professional to another health professional. The same subscription serves a bilingual practice and whoever arrives from abroad.

Export before you leave the screen

The AI reading is generated at the moment of collection and presented on the professional's screen. Export or print it while it is open and the text goes into the chart — we say this here, and not in the fine print of a contract, because it is the kind of detail that ruins an appointment.

Section 5 of 14

Inner Voice Report

You read here the voice's energy distributed over the twelve notes of the chromatic scale, from C to B, with the dominant note, the suppressed note and the mean frequency of the reading. It is the section that most interests anyone who works with sound — and the one that yields most in the conversation you lead during the appointment.

Sample · the twelve-note table, as it appears in the report.
Note Base frequency Relative energy Status
C261.63 Hz6%Normal
C#277.19 Hz3%Suppressed
D293.67 Hz7%Normal
D#311.13 Hz4%Normal
E329.63 Hz9%Normal
F349.23 Hz8%Normal
F#370.00 Hz5%Normal
G392.00 Hz12%Normal
G#415.31 Hz15%Dominant
A440.01 Hz11%Normal
A#466.17 Hz13%Normal
B493.89 Hz7%Normal
Total100%12 notes

The note names and the base frequencies in the table are the product's own; the energies are fictional. In archived reports the dominant and the suppressed note are the ones stored, and the screen says so instead of drawing an empty chart.

Section 6 of 14

Out-of-Range Indicators — Vital Report

You read here, on a single screen, everything that fell to 1–2 or rose to 8–9, with the group it came from alongside. It is the section the professional usually opens first in the appointment, and the one that feeds the “Vital Report” CSV — the summary of the collection goes into the chart in one click.

Section 10 of 14

Organs and Systems

The largest scored section of the report: 283 items across 21 groups, from digestive organs to structures of the eye, by way of liver cellular detail, the small-intestine wall and blood cells. On screen, the 21 groups open as accordions, and you open only the group the analysis of the case calls for. Five rows of a few of them fit here.

The 21 groups are: Digestive Organs 20 · Pancreas Ducts 11 · Pancreas Cross Section 7 · Rectal Wall 20 · Small Intestine Wall 13 · Urinary System 5 · Liver Vessels 7 · Kidney Cross Section 12 · Liver Cellular Detail 15 · Meninges 13 · Skin 21 · Thyroid 7 · Blood Cells 9 · Male Reproductive 10 · Female Reproductive 11 · Neck and Throat 14 · Stomach 15 · Heart 12 · Lymphatic System 17 · Chest Muscles 21 · Eye 23. The total is 283, and it is published in The report because a skeptic will add it up.

Section 12 of 14

Complete Nutritional Analysis

109 items across 9 groups: amino acids, digestive acids and enzymes, macrominerals, microminerals, vitamins and coenzymes, omega-3, omega-6, blood lipids and complete blood count. The names come from the laboratory vocabulary and the column holds a score from 1 to 9: you read whether that function appears slow, balanced or accelerated, and use it to decide what is worth investigating elsewhere.

The 9 groups: Amino Acids 19 · Digestive Acids and Enzymes 15 · Macrominerals 7 · Microminerals 13 · Vitamins and Coenzymes 17 · Omega-3 6 · Omega-6 3 · Blood Lipids 14 · Complete Blood Count 15. Total 109.

Section 14 of 14

Load and Exposure Indicators

169 items across 8 groups: pollens and allergens, bacterial diseases, fungi, human toxins, heavy metals, molds and mildews, parasites and viruses. It is the section that most calls for a restrained reading during the analysis — which is why the screen groups by measure and carries the reading instruction at the top, ready for you to use with the document open.

Read this section as direction. A high score on “Candida albicans” says that the indicator associated with that item, in the reference catalog of the integrative field, appears displaced in this reading. It is an integrative reading, to be treated as a working hypothesis and never as confirmation that a substance or an agent is present. The decision to investigate, and how to investigate, belongs to the professional following the case.

The 8 groups: Pollens and Allergens 26 · Bacterial Diseases 34 · Fungi 15 · Human Toxins 18 · Heavy Metals 16 · Molds and Mildews 12 · Parasites 33 · Viruses 15. Total 169.

Section 7 of 14

Food Sensitivities

210 foods across 11 categories, grouped by measure. It is the section with the widest gap between number of labels and number of measures: the 210 foods rest on 13 measures, and the screen groups by measure precisely so that you talk about 13 rows and not about 210.

This is not a food allergy test. The section is not a medical examination, it does not measure IgE or IgG, it does not identify antibody-mediated allergy and it does not diagnose celiac disease or intolerance. A high score is not a reason to remove a food from the diet. A severe food reaction is a matter for a physician, and the assessment of a licensed professional is not replaced by any line of this table.

The 11 categories: Dairy 15 · Fruits 32 · Grains and Cereals 14 · Legumes 13 · Meats 7 · Seafood 24 · Nuts 11 · Seeds 7 · Spices and Herbs 43 · Vegetables 37 · Other 7. Total 210.

Sections 8 and 9 of 14

Chakras and Meridians

Seven chakras and fourteen meridians from traditional Chinese medicine, scored on the same 1-to-9 scale. Anyone who works within that framework finds the scores on the ruler they already know, and anyone who prefers another path closes the accordion — the rest of the document stays the same, and the same subscription serves both kinds of practice.

These two sections are avowedly interpretive: the correspondence between a measure and the Liver meridian or the Solar Plexus chakra comes from the reference catalog, and the references come from the literature of the integrative field itself. The declaration is in the document itself and in How it works, at hand for when the question comes.

Section 1 of 14 · appears from the second collection onward

Change since the last analysis

This is the section that justifies the subscription. You read two collections side by side, item by item, with the applied threshold visible on every row — follow-up becomes a reason to come back, and not one more standalone appointment. On a first collection, the section appears saying that comparison starts with the second.

Sample · two collections for the Sample Person, January 8 and March 4, 2026. The threshold for this comparison is 2 points.
Indicator Group Jan 8 Mar 4 Chg. Reading
Phase II Detox — Glutathione Conjugation Liver and Gallbladder Function 31−2 Change above the threshold
Cortisol Hormones — Mood, Sex, Sleep, Stress 68+2 Change above the threshold
Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) Digestive Acids and Enzymes 21−1 Below the detection threshold — follow up at the next collection
Hs-CRP Inflammation and Oxidation 98−1 Below the detection threshold
Gut Bacteria Gastrointestinal Functions 880 Still out of range, within the margin of the measure
B12 — Cobalamin Vitamins and Coenzymes 32−1 Below the detection threshold
Ferritin Insulin Resistance —2— New — first collection with enough data
Applied threshold: 2 points — the margin of this comparison, printed in the document. 2 items above the threshold · 3 below · 1 persistent · 1 new.

What is worth following up is what repeats across more than one collection, in the same direction. The reading of the voice varies with the recording, with the room and with the day, and small differences from one collection to the next fall within that variation.

The report's own text

Why the HCl row is flagged

It fell from 2 to 1 — it looks like worsening, and it is the kind of row that turns into a hard conversation in the office. One point is below the threshold for this comparison, and the report writes that on the row itself. You come to the conversation with the right reading in hand: the indicated course is to watch whether the direction repeats at the next collection.

The Compare collections screen runs the same exercise over the whole catalog, between any pair of collections from the same person under care, and the history stays in their record, ready for the next appointment. It is what turns an isolated collection into documented follow-up — and what gives a reason to come back.

What comes in the full report

This page is a readable excerpt: about seventy rows, chosen to fit a ten-minute read. The full report carries about 1,052 scored rows. What the full version has beyond this page is listed alongside.

On this page

  • The header and the quality box, with the threshold the report applies.
  • The Peak Summary, with the distinction between measures and labels.
  • The 1-to-9 scale and its reading notes, verbatim from the product.
  • An excerpt of the AI reading, with the Central Synthesis and Hypothesis and two of the seven recommendations.
  • The complete Inner Voice Report, with all twelve notes.
  • Samples from Organs, Nutrition, Load and Exposure, Foods, Chakras and Meridians.
  • A comparison between two collections, with the applied threshold in view.

What the full report adds

  • The other ~990 scored rows: the 14 sections open in full on screen, as accordions.
  • Muscles and Connective Tissue (42 items across 7 groups) and the complete Physical and Hormonal Functionality (241 items across 20 groups).
  • Genetic References: 363 conditions — an informational section based on references from the integrative catalog, not scored, which is why it is outside the total. No genetic material is analyzed: it is neither a genetic test nor genetic counseling.
  • The full AI text, with its 11 sections and its 6 to 8 numbered recommendations.
  • The item-by-item comparison between any pair of collections from the same person under care.
  • The two CSV files (“Comprehensive Report” and “Vital Report”) and printing to PDF from the browser.
  • The Diathesis Questionnaire, a paid add-on of 133 questions across 19 sections, with 9 columns and the suggested trace elements, billed separately from R$ 19.90 per month, in Brazilian reais (BRL).

Why 1,052 in a woman and 1,045 in a man

The catalog holds 1,075 items across the eight scored sections: Organs and Systems 283, Nutrition 109, Muscles and Connective Tissue 42, Physical and Hormonal Functionality 241, Load and Exposure Indicators 169, Food Sensitivities 210, Chakras 7 and Meridians 14. In an actual report, about 1,052 items are scored for a person of female sex and about 1,045 for a person of male sex, because items of anatomy specific to one sex enter only that sex's report — Male Reproductive System and Male Reproductive Functions score in a man, and the corresponding female sections score in a woman. If you add it up and get something different, that is why; the arithmetic is published in The report.

What comes with every report

Two CSV files and printing to PDF from the browser take the document from the screen to the chart, on the same day as the appointment. The account works in Portuguese, Spanish and English, with two-factor authentication for anyone who wants it, and each professional sees only their own records, because the isolation rule sits in the database. Payment and cancellation happen on the payment processor's own pages, and the system is left with no card field, no column in the database and no entry in any log. The limits of the reading are published in How it works and in Privacy, with the list of sub-processors.
