Built for integrative therapists
Biovoxis is a platform that supports integrative analysis, operated by a practitioner. You are the one with a login — the person under care is a record inside your practice, created by you and visible only to you.
You register the person under care, run the data collection or send the recording link, read the report and decide what to do with it. The document is support material for your analysis: reading the case stays your work, and from start to finish the relationship stays between the two of you.
This page separates two things that are usually sold together: who the platform serves, and the situations in which another tool serves you better. Both lists are here, with the same clarity, so you can decide in ten minutes of reading.
Three profiles, one shared vocabulary
The platform was built around the integrative consultation: long appointments, listening to the terrain, a plan of care that adjusts over weeks. Anyone who works this way recognizes the report's vocabulary on first reading, and starts using it the same day.
Naturopaths
The 14 sections follow the logic of someone who already reasons in terms of biological terrain — organs, meridians, chakras, nutrition, toxic load — and the Diathesis Questionnaire adds a structured survey of the terrain. The document speaks your language from the first page.
Orthomolecular therapists
The integrative reading written by artificial intelligence states its own foundations: integrated physiology from Guyton & Hall, the orthomolecular approach, the gut as an immune and hormonal center in the vein of Giulia Enders, and low-carbohydrate eating. You read a text already in the vocabulary of nutrients and function that you work with.
Other integrative practices
Three languages — Portuguese, Spanish and English, including the artificial intelligence text — and a record that can be compared from session to session. You care for people who speak another language with the same support material, in the language you run the appointment in.
Registration is by self-declaration
When you create the account you declare that you are a therapist or a professional in the integrative field and you accept the terms of use. There is a Field of practice field — naturopathy, orthomolecular therapy, whatever applies to you — and a Professional registration field marked as optional. Optional on purpose: much of the integrative field works without a professional council, and anyone who works that way can start today, with the credentials already in hand.
If you do belong to a council, its rules still apply in full — what you may claim, what you may sign and how you advertise your work. It is up to you to use the tool in accordance with the rules and requirements that apply to your professional practice.
Four situations of use
These are the four moments in which a voice collection changes something concrete in your practice — and each of them fits the schedule you already keep.
First appointment: mapping the terrain
The first collection is the baseline: the zero point against which every later one will be compared. It joins the appointment alongside your own listening and the Diathesis Questionnaire — 133 questions across 19 sections, 9 summary columns and the suggested trace elements, which the person being assessed can answer through a link before sitting down in front of you. You start the appointment with the survey already done.
From a single isolated collection, what you have is a snapshot of how the systems appeared to be working at that moment. The value shows up in the second one.
Follow-up between appointments
The Change since the last analysis section and the Compare collections screen put two collections side by side, item by item, with the previous score in the Callback column. Follow-up becomes a reason to come back, and each appointment rests on the one before it. Alongside comes the minimum detectable change for that collection: you know what is real change and what is recording variation.
What is worth following is what repeats across more than one collection, in the same direction.
Wording from the report itself
Remote appointments
You generate a public link and send it. The person being assessed opens it on a phone or a computer, reads the consent form, records and submits. The link is valid for 7 days and accepts up to 3 submissions, and the version of the consent form that was accepted is stored together with the collection. You care for people who live far away while keeping the practice's record.
The same logic applies to the Diathesis Questionnaire, which has its own link, valid for 30 days. In both cases, the person who interprets what comes back is you.
The person who has “already tried everything”
The one who arrives with a folder full of documents from various professionals, a long list of supplements and no thread tying it together. The report gives that a structure: out of a catalog of 1,075 scorable items, about 1,045 indicators are assessed in a male report and 1,052 in a female one — the sex-specific anatomy items appear only in the corresponding report —, the out-of-range indicators are gathered into a single section, and the Synthesis and Central Hypothesis proposes where to start, always as a working hypothesis for you to confirm or rule out.
Useful, too, for giving the conversation a direction: instead of debating sensations, you run the appointment from what is already organized and from what has changed since last time.
The person under care is a record in your practice
They take part where you invite them in: the recording page opened through your link and the Diathesis Questionnaire form when you send it. The rest of the system is your own area.
The record you fill in holds full name, date of birth, biological sex, height, weight, e-mail, phone, city, state and the medications and supplements currently in use. That data feeds the report and keeps the reading fitted to the person sitting in front of you.
- What the person under care sees: only the recording page and the Diathesis Questionnaire form, each through the link you send.
- What stays with you alone: the full report, the scores from the other collections, the per-column totals of the Diathesis Questionnaire and the records of everyone else under your care.
- Isolation by account: each practitioner reaches only their own records, because the rule lives in the database and applies across the whole application.
- Two-factor authentication through an authenticator app, available for any account — protecting your practice's records stays in your hands.
Practical consequence: every explanation of the result goes through you — guided and put in context by the one who knows the history and who saw the person. That is the design that keeps the relationship in the practice.
What your practice needs to have
A computer with an up-to-date browser, a reasonable microphone and a quiet room — and the system itself guides the rest at the moment of the collection. You probably have everything in hand already, and the first collection fits into today's appointment.
Everything runs in the browser
You read the report on screen, print it to PDF from the browser itself and export two CSV files — the Comprehensive Report and the Vital Report. The document leaves the system in the format your records already use, and installing anything stays out of the conversation.
About ten minutes per collection
From registering the person under care to reading the report during the appointment. That is time that fits inside an appointment you already run, and what comes out of it is a structured reading of the case. See how a collection works, step by step.
When another tool serves you better
Four situations in which another resource does the job better. Finding that out now, on this page, costs far less than finding it out later, in the middle of an appointment.
- When what you are after is a laboratory value. The scale from 1 to 9 describes use, not quantity. Anyone who needs to know how much of a substance is present in the body needs laboratory work, ordered by someone authorized to order it.
- When the question is about naming a disease or about medication. What comes out of the system is the Functional Assessment Result, an educational document, integrative wellbeing in nature. Naming a disease and deciding about medication remain with the licensed health professional who follows the person under care.
- When the document has to carry forensic standing. The report is for internal use within your own practice, to guide and compare appointments. Expert examinations, sick notes and medical leave have their own documents, issued by whoever holds that authority.
- When the goal is a one-off appointment. What the platform delivers best is the comparison between collections: today's reading alongside the previous one, with the margin of the measurement itself separating real change from recording variation. Anyone looking for a single document, one time only, uses a fraction of the tool.

How to explain it to the person under care, in three sentences
They are the same three sentences published in How it works. Said like this, before the recording, they settle most of the questions that would come afterwards and let the appointment move on to what matters.
What is going to happen
“I am going to record two minutes of your voice reading a text. The result comes organized into fourteen sections, on a scale from 1 to 9 in which 5 is balance.”
Where this reading fits
“It is a functional reading, educational in nature, that helps me follow you across our appointments. Lab work, naming a condition and medication stay with your doctor; this sits alongside, as the record of our follow-up.”
What to watch from here on
“What counts is what repeats in the next collection, in the same direction.”
And when the question of “how much” of something is in the body comes up, the answer is in the report itself: the reading describes how the systems were working at the moment the voice was recorded — slow, balanced or accelerated. It is a reading of use: it says whether the body appears to be making good use of what it has.
The interpretation and the decision are yours
The platform organizes the indicators and gathers the support material. Everything that comes after that — the reading, the hypothesis, the plan of care, the conversation with the person under care — is your own professional act, and the authority stays with whoever performs it.
The final reading is yours
You are the one who knows the history, who saw the person and who answers for whatever you do with the document. The system delivers about 1,045 indicators assessed across 14 sections and the margin of the collection itself; the hypothesis and the plan of care stay with you, the one with the context to form them.
The artificial intelligence text is reading support
The integrative reading is written for another health professional. It comes out in 11 fixed sections, ending in Synthesis and Central Hypothesis and in 6 to 8 numbered recommendations, each one justified by the finding that prompted it — the time you used to spend writing goes back into the appointment. It is text generated by a language model from the scores: it serves to organize your own reasoning, and you may disagree with how something is put. Regard it as a working draft between professionals, and not as a signed opinion to circulate outside the appointment.
Two operational facts that come in handy day to day. The artificial intelligence text is generated at the moment of the collection and lives on the screen, so export or print it before you leave. And what goes to the model provider is name, age, biological sex, height, weight, BMI and the section scores — the recording does not go there, and it is not stored here either. It is processed and discarded within the same session; what stays on the record of the person under care is the frequency data and the scores.
The consent form accepted by the person being assessed, the division of roles under the LGPD — you as the controller of that data, Biovoxis as the processor — and the limits on using the report are written out in the Terms of Use and in the Privacy Policy. On the audio, to be exact: the recording file is not retained — it is processed to extract the frequency data and discarded at the end of processing, in the same session. The frequency data and the scores remain linked to the record of the person under care, for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
